KGeN (Kratos Gamer Network) is a Web3 gaming / gamer reputation platform which aims to allow gamers to own, control, and verify their gaming data and profiles.
It intends to use Zero-Knowledge Machine Learning (zkML) technology so that gamer profiles are privacy-preserving yet verifiable.
It integrates elements of both gaming engagement (quests, rewards, community building) and e-commerce / publisher tools to let game developers optimize user acquisition, lifetime value (LTV), etc.
One of its core value propositions is that gamers should “own and flex their gaming data” rather than having it locked in centralized silos.

Token & Reward Structure
Before the official token launch (Token Generation Event, TGE), KGeN uses a reward token called rKGEN.
rKGEN is currently non-transferrable (i.e. cannot be freely traded) and is intended as a proof-of-contribution mechanism.
After the TGE, rKGEN can be redeemed at a 1:1 ratio for the main $KGEN token.
Users earn rKGEN by participating in platform activities like K-Quests, K-Drops, and campaign tasks which award them K-Points, and then those K-Points are translated into rKGEN.
The project organizes distributions in phases (e.g. “The OG Tribe” for early participants before 2024, and “The New Tribe” afterward). Snapshots are reportedly taken to allocate rKGEN to contributors.
Some staking of rKGEN is also enabled, giving additional rewards or boosting allocation.
